Yes. The backyard features a private saltwater pool and spacious spa. Spa heating is included. Pool heating is available for an additional seasonal charge, generally $50–$75 per day.

Pool heating is optional and recommended during cooler months. The pool is typically heated to 85°F and must be heated for the entire stay or up to seven days, whichever is shorter.

The main house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The separate poolside casita includes an additional full bathroom and flexible space for relaxing, working, or entertainment.

The property is in the Twin Palms neighborhood, providing convenient access to Downtown Palm Springs, Palm Canyon Drive, restaurants, shopping, galleries, and many of the city's major attractions.

Guests can enjoy a private saltwater pool, spa, putting green, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, lounge seating, fire feature, mature palm trees, and San Jacinto Mountain views.
