You'll find a well-stocked, modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and many kitchen items you'd expect to find in a quality home with serving dishes and items needed to cook and serve a gourmet meal in the home. The bonus casita by the pool is a space to unwind with games/TV and a calming view of trees, pool and sky; another full bath is here as well. 2100 sq ft of indoor living space w separate laundry room. Step out to a spacious pool deck to find a full resort of your own! The backyard is completely walled and private. The rectangular pool has a large seating area for relaxing. The large spa is spacious enough for several to enjoy. A BBQ grill for outdoor cooking is available. There is large table for al fresco dining for 8. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house. There is a carport for one car and a large circular driveway. There is a fire column by the outside seating area.
